Refund policy

We think you'll love your new art, but just in case, we offer a 14-day return and exchange window for undamaged, unopened, non-custom orders. 

To start a return, exchange or cancellation, contact us at hello@printscharmingpress.com. Contacting us first will provide the best possible outcome. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Your item will be replaced.

Cancellations and changes
Orders can be cancelled before they've been shipped, which is one to two business days after the order has been placed. See Shipping and Processing policies for more details around order processing times.

Exchanges
Contact us within 14 days if you'd like to make an exchange and we'll work together to find the best solution. You are responsible for return shipping. Returned item must be be in received condition and in original packaging. 

Returns
Contact us within 14 days if you'd like to initiate a return. If the returned item is unopened, in original condition and not a custom order, you’ll be refunded via the original payment method within 10 business days. Contact us if the print is out of original packaging 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products, special orders, and gift cards cannot be returned. Items taken out of original packaging or not in original condition are non-returnable. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item and situation. We want you to be happy with your print!
